Repair Centre
The Repair Centre workshop is equipped with modern and advanced measuring and test facilities, to support all products sold in the past by EXENDIS.
The repair process and the professional skills of the employees guarantee the repair and tests of the products, within 15 working days after receipt of the product from the customer.
A carefully balanced spare parts centre supports this. An extra guarantee of 3 months on the replaced components, is standard for our Repair Centre. |
Helpdesk
The helpdesk, part of the Repair Centre, gives answers to all your technical questions. The helpdesk is also supported by specialists, which enables EXENDIS to support the customers with quick and efficient answers.
